Besides it is possible to make the production of soles skiving (both in leather and synthetics materials) for the anti-sliding insert, for decoration Besides, more excavations can be made at different height on the sole, skiving “3D” on microporous and also to make those workings that once were typical of the manual machines.

Two holding-piece tables transport in alternation the sole to the working area where two electric spindle performs the excavation according to the drawing. The machine architecture permits to work with two different tools in an alternative way on each sole or by assembling two tools that are similar to work a right-sided couple on a table and a left-sided couple on the other one (in the cases where this is possible).

The correct sole position on the table is entered in the computer directly by the operator through a specific software while having the opportunity to choose the positioning through the template (for soles with deep excavations, passing ones, irregular laying surfaces) or through a self-centering device with manual adjustment (not deep excavation, decorations).
The templates are cut by the machine, while the selfcentering device is supplied with the equipment and the sole blocking is granted by an efficient vacuum system.

The sole loading and unloading takes place manually; while the operator loads and unloads a table, the other one is working. The operator himself controls the just loaded table entering the working area even before the other one is back in a rest position so to avoid dead times. It is possible to cut cutting-templates in plastic, Bakelite, cardboard and wooden pressures or agglomerates.
The basic software makes it possible to acquire drawings and/or soles from scanner in a few seconds; simple commands at any operator’s hand and make it possible to make excavations on a sole pair or on a single sole. Once the tool (or tools) diameter is chosen, specific functions perform the automatic arrangement of the pieces on the working table and the generation, automatically too, of the most suitable route for the excavation type to make. A new program can be predisposed while the machine is working.

The machine is in stabilized steel, has a fixed portal with two tables that in alternation enter and go out of the working area to move to the loading/unloading position. All the movements are on prismatic guides and with preloaded sliding blocks at sphere blow; all the transmissions are with precision screws at sphere blow, driven by brush-less motors.

The cutting scrap disposal is made through a special mouth to which the exhaust system must be connected. The outside control panel with keyboard and color 10” screen permit to the operator to control and to manage the machine; besides, the electrical spindle working field is not accessible during the working cycle in conformity with the European Norms.

With the device for wheeling (axle C), you can perform skivings and also diggings for stitching, wheeling, decorations, tissue-paper cutting for double-colour soles, etc.. The unit is supplied with heating system adjustable so to get a more or less evident effect both on soles in leather and in synthetics.

It is possible to make with the axys “c” with very precise and regular depth , both standard increne and reversed ones, thanks to the strenght of structure and to the accurate precision of all accessories used for that.
